• Upon arrival, we discuss some basics and the value of random testing versus assigning numbers, or colors, and other options. 
• We collect the customers requirements, preferences and list of people to be tested, then orient ourselves as needed.

Once an appropriate restroom is designated, we implement DOT testing protocols e.g.:

• Place a sign outside "Closed For Testing, Do Not Enter." 
• Place a sign inside "Do Not Flush."
• Put a blue treatment in the toilet.
• Secure the room as needed.
• Pockets must be emptied.
• Test one at a time.

• We supervise each collection as required, ensure enough was provided, and temperature check each specimen to ensure it's within range.  
• Other actions may be taken as well.

• During employee screening, results of instant tests may optionally be available immediately and confidentially.
• Consent must be obtained.

• Some test types are not available immediately, nor are confirmation tests.  
• In these cases, we have several ways we can provide the results confidentially, at a later time.

Results are provided according to various requirements and protocols including:

• Chain of Custody requirements
• Other legal requirements
• [IF] the specimen collection is designated to our lab.
• [IF] we are on-site collecting for another separate lab, who will receive the specimen and provide the results at a later time.
