- Our business: AmeriLabs24 is an IdentoGO Trusted Partner.
- The transaction: Employers send their employees to us, and customers come visit us, at our Lansing facility where we digitally collect and transmit the required information securely to IdentoGO.
- What: Photographs, fingerprints, and fees are collected, occasionally additional forms are filled out.
- Security: Three AmeriLabs24 staff members are vetted and available to provide services. Absolutely no information is retained at AmeriLabs24. The room is kept locked after hours and monitored with a security system and cameras 24/7.
- Availability: Our Federal ID services are available Mon-Thur (9AM-3PM), and closed on Fri, Sat, Sun.
Federal Fingerprinting and Photos

State Fingerprinting and Photos
The AmeriLabs24 Lansing facility, contains a room designated solely for the purpose of IdentoGO State fingerprint and photo collection. State services we provide are typically for the purpose of complying with State background checks for (e.g. day care, teachers, and nurses). Payment for State related services is made only by cashiers check payable to IdentoGO (no cash or credit cards).
Business and Private Fingerprinting and Photos
Employers and others have many reasons for background checking their employees, including for identification and credentials. The AmeriLabs24 Lansing facility, contains a room designated for business fingerprint and photo collection.
TSA Pre-check Federal Identification Card
